The Honourable Tom Marshall, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will address the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador, tomorrow (Friday, February 25). The breakfast event begins at 7:30 a.m., with the minister speaking at 8:00 a.m., and is being held at the Holiday Inn in St. John’s.
