Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at Annual Volunteerism Luncheon

The Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister Responsible for the Voluntary and Non-Profit Sector, will speak at the annual Volunteerism Luncheon today (Monday, December 5) at 12:00 noon.

The event will take place at Corpus Christi Parish Hall, 260 Waterford Bridge Road, St. John’s.

Today is International Volunteer Day, formally recognized by the United Nations each year on December 5, to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions made by volunteers around the world.
