Premier Extends Best Wishes to Yvonne Jones
The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, today extended best wishes to Yvonne Jones, the outgoing leader of the Official Opposition.
“In her role as leader of the Official Opposition, Ms. Jones has made a significant contribution to provincial politics," said Premier Dunderdale. "I commend her for continuing to serve in that role during the period of her diagnosis and treatments for cancer. I wish her well as she continues her return to health and vitality."
