Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at National Convention in Gander

The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, will speak at the Elks and Royal Purple National Convention banquet and dinner. The event will take place today (Thursday, July 21) at 7:00 p.m. at the Hotel Gander.

Over 300 members of the Elks of Canada and the Royal Purple of Canada will attend the convention. The men and women of the two organizations promote and support community needs across Canada through the volunteer efforts of their members.
