Media Advisory: Premier to Attend Events in Corner Brook

The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in three events in Corner Brook today (Friday, June 10). The Premier will be joined by the Honourable Tom Marshall, Minister of Finance and MHA for Humber East; Vaughn Granter, MHA for Humber West; Terry Loder, MHA for Bay of Islands; and, Darryl Kelly, MHA for Humber Valley.

The first event is a cheque presentation for the Canadian Student Leadership Conference and will take place at Corner Brook Regional High School at 9:30 a.m.

Premier Dunderdale will officially open the new Western Health Eye Care Centre located at Western Memorial Clinic, lower level, 3 Herald Avenue, at 11:00 a.m.

At 12:00 p.m. the Premier will address the opening of the new Corner Brook Women’s Centre, located at 2 Carmen Avenue.
