Media Advisory: Swearing-in Ceremony

Vaughn Granter, the newly-elected Member of the House of Assembly for Humber West, will be sworn in today, during a ceremony by His Honour, the Honourable John C. Crosbie, Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador. The swearing-in ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Government House in the Cochrane Room. Media representatives planning to cover the ceremony are asked to be in place by 1:45 p.m. and to enter through the west side entrance of Government House.
