Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in International Women’s Day Event

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will deliver the keynote address at the International Women’s Day Dinner hosted by Status of Women Central. The dinner is taking place this evening (Thursday, March 10) at 7:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 12, Queen Street, Grand Falls-Windsor.

This year is the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day and the national theme is Girls’ Rights Matter.
