Media Advisory: Premier to Participate in
Official Opening of Chemotherapy Suite
The Honourable Kathy Dunderdale, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in the official opening of the new chemotherapy suite and announce health care funding for Happy Valley-Goose Bay tomorrow (Friday, February 25). The Premier will be joined by the Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Health and Community Services; the Honourable John Hickey, Minister of Labrador Affairs and MHA for Lake Melville; Boyd Rowe, CEO, Labrador-Grenfell Health; and, Leo Abbass, Mayor of Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
The event will take place at the Labrador Health Centre at 10:00 a.m.
