Media Advisory: Municipal Wetland Stewardship Agreement
to be Signed in Deer Lake

The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will join Deer Lake town officials for the signing of a new Municipal Wetland Stewardship Agreement today (Monday, June 13) at 11:00 a.m. at the Deer Lake Town Office, 6 Crescent Street.

The Municipal Stewardship Program, administered by the provincial Wildlife Division, is an initiative of the Newfoundland and Labrador portion of the Eastern Habitat Joint Venture.
