Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Arbor Day Tree Planting

The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, along with representatives of Landscape Newfoundland and Labrador, will plant a tree to commemorate Arbor Day and Environment Week 2011.

The tree planting will take place tomorrow on Arbor Day (Wednesday, June 1) on the grounds of Confederation Building (near East Block, Prince Philip Parkway) at 11:00 a.m. Environment Week is being commemorated from June 5 to 11.
