Public Advisory: T’Railway Provincial Park Reopens from
Gander to Jumpers Brook

The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Environment and Conservation, advises the public that the section of the T’Railway Provincial Park from Gander west to Jumpers Brook is reopened for public use. With the opening of this section, the entire T’Railway west of Port Blandford is now reopened.

Construction activities are ongoing between Thorburn Lake and Port Blandford, as well as the section between Clarenville and the Burin Peninsula Highway near Goobies. Heavy equipment is operating in these areas, and the sections will remain closed to the public until the repair work has been completed.

For safety reasons, the public is advised to refrain from using the T'Railway on the remaining closed sections until repairs have been completed and the sections have been reopened.
