Media Advisory: Minister to Announce New Formation of
Adoptions Division and Completion of Eastern Region Transition

The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services, will announce the consolidation of the province’s adoptions division and mark the complete transition of child, youth and family services staff from the Eastern Regional Health Authority to the department.

The announcement will take place 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 28, at Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland in St. John’s, located at 115 Cavendish Square.
