“Our government is committed to supporting the healthy development of children and families in Newfoundland and Labrador,” said the Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services. “In keeping with this commitment, I am pleased to announce a new family resource centre in the Lewisporte area. All programs incorporate messages on child development, positive parenting, daily physical activities, injury prevention, family violence prevention and nutrition.
