The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services, will speak at a breakfast meeting for the Rotary Club of St. John’s East. The event will take place tomorrow (Friday, March 25) at 7:30 a.m. at the Narrows Lounge, Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland, 115 Cavendish Square.
