request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:
NCCP Basketball Coaching Clinic
The NLBA will host an Introduction to
Competition Coaching Course on November 5-7 at GC Rowe School in Corner
Brook. This course replaces the old NCCP Level 1 Technical and Theory.
Coaches taking this course work with participants 11-15 years of age.
This 16-hour course includes information on
ethical decision making, modified games, safety, and practice planning
and skill development. Coaches wishing to take the course must register
with the NLBA prior to Friday Oct 29. The cost to register for the
course is $125.00. For additional information please contact the NLBA at
