Provincial Arts and Culture Centres Announce 2010 Fall Schedule

Newfoundland and Labrador's six Arts and Culture Centres have released a diverse and exciting schedule of performances for the fall season, and residents and visitors alike are encouraged to take in as many of the entertaining events as they can.

The Honourable Terry French, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, said the vast amount of talent in the province is sure to provide a line-up to attract and entertain a wide range of audiences.

"Our arts and cultural communities are bursting with talent — talent that is continuing to grow and flourish," said Minister French. "It is encouraging to see the variety of performances the Arts and Culture Centres continue to feature each season, guaranteeing that audiences can enjoy the annual classics, but also experience many new productions featuring local, national and international performers."

A tentative schedule for upcoming events is attached in the backgrounder below.
