Receives $11,100 for Recreational Infrastructure

$11,100 from the Community Capital Grant program to support enhancements
to its recreational infrastructure.

to the local community park, renovations to a bandstand and performance

communities throughout the province which will receive funding to
purchase equipment and upgrade their recreation and sport infrastructure
with the most recent allocation of $450,900 through the Community

in physical activity," said Exploits MHA Clayton Forsey. "With this
grant, the Town of Point Leamington will be able to enhance its
recreational infrastructure for the use and enjoyment of the community,
promoting more active lifestyles for individuals of all ages."
The Community Capital Grant Program is an
application-based program that provides funding to assist municipalities
and recreation commissions to improve their recreation and sports
infrastructure.
