Public Advisory:
Repairs Scheduled for Bridges at Exploits River
The Department of Natural Resources
advises the public that work to fix structural damage to two bridges on
a forest access road located 1.2 kilometers south of Millertown across
the Exploits River will start tomorrow (Friday, October 8) and is
expected to be completed by Monday, October 11.
The bridges will remain closed to all
traffic until the work is completed.
Red Indian Lake is accessible by
travelling on the north side of the lake via Star Lake Road or the
Burgeo Highway. Granite Lake Road is accessible by traveling the 211
access road which has been upgraded for light truck traffic.
