Public Advisory: Repairs Scheduled for Harpoon Brook
Bridge
The Department of Natural Resources advises the public that work to
fix structural damage to the bridge over Harpoon Brook, located 24
kilometres south of Millertown on the Granite Lake Road, will start on
Monday, July 12 and is expected to be completed by Sunday, July 18,
2010.
The bridge will remain closed to all traffic until further notice.
There is an alternate route around the bridge, commonly known as
Gill's Valley Road, which is accessible by truck. For further
information pertaining to the alternate route, please contact the
Department of Natural Resources office in Springdale at 709-673-3821.
