The Honourable Rob Merrifield, Minister of State (Transport), along with the Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Transportation and Works, on behalf of the Honourable Dianne Whalen, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will visit Bay Bulls Big Pond to view progress of upgrades to the water treatment plant. The site visit will take place at the water treatment plant on the Southern Shore Highway on Monday, August 9 at 1:00 p.m.

Safety equipment will be required at this site as it is an active construction zone. Members of the media interested in participating in the tour are encouraged to register with Heather MacLean by 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 9.
