The Honourable Felix Collins, Minister of Justice and Attorney General, will be available to the media today (Wednesday, December 8) at 1:30 p.m. outside the House of Assembly to discuss the receipt of a report from the Ontario Provincial Police into a fatal vehicle collision that occurred in St. John�s earlier this year.
