Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Funding
for Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living

The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities, will announce funding for the Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living tomorrow (Wednesday, January 13). The announcement will take place at 12:00 noon at the Capital Hotel, 208 Kenmount Road, St. John's.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Association for Community Living is a provincial advocacy association dedicated to developing communities that welcome persons with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1956 and incorporated in 1976, this organization has 18 local voluntary associations that provide support in rural areas throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
