On behalf of the Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister of Health and Community Services, Keith Hutchings, Parliamentary Secretary to the minister, will speak at the Arthritis Society — Newfoundland & Labrador Division, annual general meeting, in St. John's.

Mr. Hutchings will speak during the annual meeting and awards ceremony which will take place today (Wednesday, September 15) at 6:00 p.m. in the Garrison and Signal Rooms at the Sheraton Hotel.
