Minister to Participate in
Terry Fox Research Institute Launch of Atlantic Node
The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, Minister
of Health and Community Services, will provide remarks at the launch of
a new partnership between the Terry Fox Research Institute and partners
in the four Atlantic Provinces. Minister Kennedy will join provincial
representatives and members of the Fox family for the event which will
take place Monday (April 12), at 10:00 a.m. at the Terry Fox Memorial,
St. John's Port Authority building, Water Street.
The Terry Fox Research Institute partners
with cancer research, academic and health care organizations that focus
on research to help improve cancer outcomes for patients. The Terry Fox
Research Institute is part of the Terry Fox Foundation.
