Ministers to Speak at MADD Red Ribbon Launch
The Honourable Harry Harding, Minister of
Government Services, and the Honourable Felix Collins, Minister of
Justice, will speak at the MADD Red Ribbon launch tomorrow (Friday,
November 5), at 9:30 a.m. at the Confederation Building, West Block.
Project Red Ribbon is a commitment by
Canadians to drive safe and sober. It is a highly visible, community
public awareness program which depends on volunteer participation to
promote the message that deaths and injuries resulting from impaired
driving are needless tragedies and totally preventable.
