The Honourable Kevin O'Brien, Minister of Government Services, will speak at the opening ceremonies of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association Conference and Annual General Meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, March 30) at the Sheraton Hotel, St. John's. The minister will speak at 8:30 a.m.
