Media Advisory: Premier, Minister to Attend Presidential
Installation and Special Convocation Ceremony

The Honourable Danny Williams, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable Darin King, Minister of Education, will attend Memorial University of Newfoundland's Presidential Installation and Special Convocation Ceremony today (Thursday, October 21) at 3:00 p.m., at the St. John's Arts and Culture Centre.

During the event, Dr. Gary Kachanoski will be inducted as Memorial University of Newfoundland's twelfth president. As well, bachelor of arts and bachelor of arts (honours) students will receive their degrees.
