Media Advisory: Environment Ministers to
Meet in St. John's
The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of
Environment and Conservation and President of the Canadian Council of
Ministers of the Environment (CCME),
will host
meetings of the CCME in St. John's, tomorrow (Wednesday, October 20) to
discuss a range of issues including air quality and water.
The
meeting will be held in
Salons A and B on the main level of the Sheraton Hotel, 115 Cavendish
Square, St. John's.
There will be a photo opportunity for members
of the media at 3:00 p.m.
At the close of the meeting, the council will hold a
news conference at 3:30
p.m.
