The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, has announced the following events relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the Environmental Protection Act.

This undertaking was released from environmental assessment subject to the following condition:

  • Prior to the commencement of construction activities, an archaeological impact assessment must be completed and approved by the Provincial Archaeology Office.
