relative to Part 10 Environmental Assessment of the

Rocky Harbour Cottage
Development Plan, Amendment No. 4 (Reg.1490)

This undertaking was
released from environmental assessment subject to the following
condition:
- A minimum 30 metre undisturbed vegetated buffer must be
maintained between the proposed cottage development area and any
water body.
Labrador, Hutton Garnet Beaches — South Beach
Bulk Sampling
Proponent: Freeport Resources Inc. (Reg.1486)
This undertaking was released from environmental assessment
subject to the following conditions:
- Bulk sampling shall not proceed until a bird
survey verifies that shorebirds are not nesting at the site; and,
- A work plan must be approved by the Department of
Natural Resources, Mineral Lands Division, and the Nunatsiavut
Government prior to the commencement of the bulk sampling program.
