The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of
Environment and Conservation, will address the 15th annual
conference of the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada in Montréal,
Québec. Minister Johnson is participating in the conference in her
capacity as president of the Canadian Council of Ministers of the
Environment.
Her address will take place today (Friday, March 26)
at 3:45 p.m.
Each year, the McGill Institute hosts a conference
designed to foster informed, non-partisan discussions on topics of
special interest to Canadians. This year's conference is entitled
Canadian Water: Towards a New Strategy and is focused on the major
issues surrounding water policies across Canada.
