Notice of Special Ballot Deadline Topsail By-Election

Elections Newfoundland and Labrador would like to notify electors in the District of Topsail that time is quickly running out to apply to vote by Special Ballot.

The deadline to apply for a special ballot is Friday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m.
