The Honourable Darin King, Minister of Education, will celebrate the 85^th anniversary of the founding of Memorial University College by attending the Memorial on Parade banquet and reception. Also in attendance will be the first graduates of Memorial College, who will enjoy their first reunion, and hundreds of Memorial University alumni.

The banquet begins tomorrow (Saturday, August 28) at 7:00 p.m., with the minister beginning his remarks at 8:05 p.m., at the St. John's Convention Centre.
