Media Advisory: Minister to be Keynote Speaker at National
Apprenticeship Conference
The Honourable Darin King, Minister of
Education, will deliver the keynote address at the opening ceremonies of
the 2010 Apprenticeship Conference: Apprenticeship — The Framework for
Canada's Renewable Resource. The minister will speak about the
importance of partnerships within apprenticeship, and the critical need
for engaging employers.
The event, which is hosted by the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, begins
at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 6, at the St. John's Convention Centre.
