NLBA Coaching Clinic

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will hold an Introduction to Competition Coaching Course on September 18-19 at the Sports Centre in St. John�s. The course will run from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. This course is designed for coaches involved at the U13 levels and includes both technical and theory components under the National Coaching Certification Program. The course will be conducted by Mike Mackay, the coaching Education Director for Canada Basketball, and the cost for registration is $125. Coaches must be 16 years of age to take the course and the registration deadline is September 15.
