Derrick Dalley, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Education, will address the 57^th Annual Arts and Letters Awards ceremony tomorrow (Saturday, May 16), on behalf of the Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation.

This event is scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m., 3^rd floor, The Rooms, St. John�s.
