The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

Provincial Basketball Championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association will hold provincial tryouts for the Provincial Midget Boys and Girls Provincial Team Programs on April 17 and 18. Selected athletes will represent the province at the national championships in British Columbia this August.

The camp is open to athletes born in 1994 or 1995 only. The camp is scheduled for the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre on Crosbie Rd. in St. John�s and the deadline to register is April 8. Applications are available on the NLBA website under the Provincial Teams link.
