The following is being distributed at the request of Sport Newfoundland and Labrador:

14 and Under Male and Female Provincial Volleyball Championships

The Newfoundland and Labrador Volleyball Association will have 38 teams in competition this weekend, the 14 and under male championships will be taking place in Corner Brook with 10 teams and the 14 and under female championships will be taking place in St. John�s at the NL Sports Centre with 28 teams.

The tournaments are tiered events with all teams finding their level of competition on Saturday. The tournament will begin on Friday afternoon with the championship games on Saturday. For a complete list of all teams and schedules please visit the NLVA website at www.nlva.net or contact the provincial office at 576-0817.
