Labrador Affairs Minister John Hickey, and AngajukKak (mayor) for Rigolet, Daniel Michelin, sign contracts for a new snowmobile trailer groomer for the community. Minister Hickey and Aboriginal Affairs Minister Patty Pottle presented Rigolet with $304,000 for the purchase of a Piston Bully snowmobile trail groomer to maintain the trail between Rigolet and Mulligan. Witnessing the signing were: Minister Pottle, Darryl Shiwak, Nunatsiavut Minister of Education and Economic Development, and Sarah Blake, town manager for Rigolet.
