Innovation, Trade and Rural Development June 4, 2009 Media Advisory: Provincial Government to Release Strategy for Internationally Recognized Ocean Technology Sector The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will release a strategy designed to accelerate growth of the province�s ocean technology sector tomorrow (Friday, June 5) at 10:00 a.m. The news conference will be held in Hampton Hall at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University in St. John�s. Glenn Blackwood, Executive Director of the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University and Gary Dinn, President of OceansAdvance, will accompany Minister Skinner in making the announcement.
