Innovation, Trade and Rural Development January 12, 2009 Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Launch of Research Network The Honourable Shawn Skinner, Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, will participate in the launch of the Canadian Healthy Oceans Network (CHONe) today (Monday, January 12) at 2:00 p.m. The event will take place in the Junior Common Room, R. Gushue Hall on Memorial University�s St. John�s campus.
