Minister to Announce Funding for Newfoundland and
Labrador Housing and Homelessness Network
The Honourable Susan Sullivan, Minister of Human
Resources, Labour and Employment, will announce funding
for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing and
Homelessness Network (NLHHN) on Monday, October 5, at
8:30 a.m. The announcement will take place at the
NLHNN�s strategic planning day, which is being held at
Battery Hotel located at 100 Signal Hill Road in St.
John�s.
The NLHHN is a recently-established group of
representatives from non-profit organizations,
municipal, provincial and federal governments, and the
private sector, as well as individuals who have
experienced homelessness. Members of the network are
committed to working collaboratively and creatively to
address homelessness in all its aspects, shaping the
response to homelessness throughout Newfoundland and
Labrador, and directly influencing government policy and
programs.
