The Honourable Ross Wiseman, Minister of Health and Community Services, will speak at a conference for home care workers organized by the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees beginning at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, March 27) at the Holiday Inn, St. John�s.
