Provincial Government and CCFI to Hold Joint News Conference
The Honourable Tom Hedderson, Minister of Fisheries
and Aquaculture, together with Gabe Gregory, Chairman of
the Canadian Centre for Fisheries Innovation (CCFI) will
hold a joint news conference in the Flume Tank Viewing
Gallery, at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of
Memorial University.
Also participating will be Glenn Blackwood, Executive
Director of the Marine Institute, and Dr. Christopher
Loomis, President and Vice-chancellor pro tempore
of Memorial University.
The news conference will take place today (Monday,
October 26) at 12:00 noon. It will address the future of
CCFI in the province. A short reception will follow the
media event.
