The Honourable Dave Denine, Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, will speak at the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - National Philanthropy Day annual awards luncheon. The event will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, November 17), at 12:00 noon at the Capital Hotel, 208 Kenmount Road, St. John�s.
