The Honourable Danny Williams, Premier of
Newfoundland and Labrador, will bring greetings at an
event marking the 12th anniversary of the unveiling of
the Merchant Navy Memorial in front of the Marine
Institute on Ridge Road in St. John�s at 10:00 a.m.
