Public Advisory: Update on Disruption
of Provincial Government IT Services
Earlier today, the Office of the Chief Information
Officer (OCIO) advised the public of a disruption of all Provincial
Government information technology (IT) services due to an electrical
problem at the OCIO building on Higgins Line.
The OCIO wishes to inform the public that it has
re-established power to the building and is in the process of restoring
all Provincial Government IT services. Applications are being restored
in an orderly manner in accordance with the OCIO�s Business Continuity
Plan. The OCIO anticipates it will take approximately six to eight hours
for all Provincial Government IT services to be restored.
