Executive Council March 23, 2009 Provincial Government Reaches Tentative Agreements The Honourable Jerome Kennedy, President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance, announced today that the Provincial Government has reached tentative agreements with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE), College of the North Atlantic faculty bargaining unit and with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers� Association (NLTA), Labrador West bargaining unit. "These two tentative agreements reached with two unions reflect our continued commitment to recognizing the important role our public service workers play in our province," said Minister Kennedy.
