Environment and Conservation July 8, 2009 Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Funding for City of St. John�s Cycling Master Plan The Honourable Charlene Johnson, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will announce funding for the City of St. John�s Cycling Master Plan, tomorrow (Thursday, July 9) at 2:00 p.m. at the parking lot of the Bowring Park Lodge (near the duck pond), Waterford Bridge Road, St. John�s. Minister Johnson will be joined by Dennis O'Keefe, Mayor of St. John�s, and Shannie Duff, Councillor and Chair of the Parks and Recreation Standing Committee for the City of St. John's.
