The Honourable Joan Burke, Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services, will host the Girl Guides annual provincial Chief Commissioner’s Gold Awards. Approximately 30 girl guides will receive the award which is the highest level of recognition a young woman can earn before becoming an adult member of the organization.

The event will be held tomorrow (Tuesday, May 26) at 3:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Confederation Building, East Block.
